Nationwide Implementation Program of Diabetes Conversation Map® by the Japan Association of Diabetes Education and Care: Current Status and Future Perspectives

Questionnaire revealed that 100% of trained clinicians want to use Map Tools in their diabetes education; trained clinicians desire more training before feeling confident facilitating Map Tools sessions; trained providers want to be able to discuss Map Tools training sessions with peers on an ongoing basis; trained providers feel that they will need to convince colleagues to use Map Tools in their institutions; follow-up sessions to more thoroughly prepare providers were initiated.
