Marc Buyens and Michele Transon, Expert Trainers for the Conversation Map™ Program in Belgium, give an interview to the Diabetes Association of Belgium in which they talk about the benefits that the International Diabetes Conversation Map education tools provide, the benefits educators see to using these tools in their diabetes education sessions, how the visual metaphors help patients learn about their condition, and how these group sessions help people open up and talk with others about living with diabetes.
