At the 75th Annual Scientific Sessions, Barbara Eichorst presented a summary of how the Diabetes Conversation Map tools are being used to deliver diabetes education around the world.
As part of the Education Recognition Program Symposium, she delivered a presentation to an audience of over 200 professionals from all over the world called “Diabetes Conversation Map Tools—Delivering Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support around the World.”
