Post-session questionnaire: said they know their values and targets: 59% for fasting plasma glucose, 54% for postprandial glycemia, 31% for glycated hemoglobin, 34% for lipids, 56% for waist circumference and 61% for blood pressure; plan to change: 28.5% said change eating habbits, 27.5% said intensify physical activity, and 19.0% said improve compliance with treatment; when they plan to reach targets: 49.0% said as soon as possible, 38.0% said within a year and 13.0% said permanently; most important findings: 37.8% diabetes facts knowledge, 24.3% healthy eating, diet, and 12.8% physical activity; when they plant to start: 17.0% already have, 70.0% immediately, 11.0% within a week and 2.0% in months; who will help: 44.0% family, 20.0% just self, 17.0% physician, 12.0% nurse, 4.0% friends and 3.0% literature.
